CHICAGO, IL
-- MacNeill unvealed the new design for Artshare.com on Monday in preparation
of the approaching Trading Board opening. The new site features improved
navigation and cleaner organization of information, as well as the expanded
Investor Center which will house the Trading Board.
The Share
section has also been expanded so that copies of the legal information
of the Back of the Share may
now be downloaded or printed out.
The Trading
Board will consist of two sections: an Auction Board and a Posting Board.
Current shareholders will be able to place their Shares up for sale on
the Auction Board to the highest bidder.
Interested Buyers will have two options: they can bid on the Auction Board,
and can also post an OFFER TO BUY if they are looking for a
specific Share or group of Shares. For example, a person may post a general
offer which might be "Any 5 Shares in sequence" or a specific
offer such as "Share #500".
The Trading Board is expected to open within the week.
