How Should a Share be Mailed?

Well, this is how the Shares were originally mailed out during the IPO.

1. The Share(s) were placed in a plastic bag to protect from any moisture.

2. The plastic bag with the Share was placed flat on a piece of cardboard and the bag was taped securely to the cardboard so the Share wouldn't slide around.

3. The package was placed in a US Postal Priority 2-Day envelope.

I believe this is a pretty good system in order to protect the Share, and I hope that any person shipping one will take equal care.

Please use good judgement when packing up your Shares.

Remember: the person to whom you are selling wants to get a Share that's in pristine condition.

Don't take a chance when mailing it! Play it safe: Pack it well, and get it Certified.

A Check List. Be sure that you:

  • Keep the Share from Bending or Folding (pack it with something stiff)
  • Keep the corners from getting dented
  • Protect from moisture (a bag or a good envelope should work)
